A: Yes. We’re happy to work through a list in one visit.

Q: Do photos help?

A: Absolutely. Photos or a short video help us estimate time and materials.

Q: Who supplies materials?

A: We can bring ours, shop for you, or use what you’ve already bought — whatever is easiest.

Q: How do you bill time?

A: We bill from the start of work. After the minimum visit, we charge per minute or per half‑hour.

Q: What if the job runs over?

A: We’ll ask whether to extend the visit or book a follow‑up slot.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Yes — all workmanship is guaranteed. If something isn’t right, we’ll return and make it right.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: Free reschedule/cancellation up to 48 hours. After that, a 200£ fee may apply.

Q: What about certifications?

A: Specialist testing/certification (e.g., electrical) is provided via accredited partners where required.

Q: Do you work with businesses?

A: Yes. We support offices, retail, landlords and managing agents across the region.

Q: Are you available outside the listed areas?

A: Often, yes. Get in touch and we’ll advise on availability and travel time.
